Scroll down this page and purchase a 12 month youth membership (it’s free). If you have more than 1 kid you’ll need to use more than 1 email address. Each kid membership will be under this email address and used to book the learn to ride or track classes.
Once you have your membership you are able to book classes. Scroll down the page to the schedule and choose which class you would like your kid to partake in. We offer Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday learn to ride classes.
The $10 deposit is used to hold your kids spot in the class you have picked. If your kid is a no show the deposit will be forfeited. If you are from Detroit, after the class you will have the option to have your deposit returned or you can donate it back into the program.
The first step is to sign them up for a Track 101 class, a 1-hour introductory session with a cycling coach. During the class, they’ll become familiar with the track bikes, and the track itself, they may even get to ride on the banking. There are daily Track 101 sessions. These classes are free for all kids.
To reserve a spot in our Learn to Ride Summer Camp, start by creating an account in your child’s name and attaching a free Youth Membership. Then scroll down to the schedule and click on the “Courses” tab in the upper left corner. From there, choose the 3-day camp session that works best for your schedule and submit the $20 deposit.
For Detroit residents, this $20 deposit is fully refundable the Monday after camp—just give us a call! Many families choose to donate it back to support the program. For kids living outside of Detroit, the $20 acts as the full fee for the 3-day camp.

Kids 17 and under can use our facility for free when accompanied by a paying adult—this applies outside of our Learn to Ride program. Detroit kids can participate in Learn to Ride classes at no cost. While kids must be with an adult to use the facility, there are special programs like Learn to Ride and track classes where parents can observe without paying the $5 entry fee. If you’re in the building outside of those specific programs, a paid entry is required. To save on visits, grab a digital punch card—$20 for 5 visits ($4 each) or $30 for 10 visits ($3 each).
