Yoga Refresh moves at a slower pace by holding the poses for 3-5 breaths. The focus will be on breathing into the pose to allow the body to relax. The purpose is to slow things down enough to allow you to be aware of how the body feels in each pose. The ultimate goal: Leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.Instructor: Kathi Sitek
